About Kirstin Roble, Mezzo Soprano

Hailed as "mellifluous" by the Journal Sentinel, Kirstin Roble is a singer and actress active in musical theatre, opera, and recital. Ms. Roble has completed her Master of Music studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Bachelor of Arts in Music studies from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Most recently, she has been seen in performances with Four Seasons Theatre (Madison, WI,) Macdowell Club of Milwaukee, Off the Wall Theatre, Madison Opera and Theatre Unchained. Some of Ms Roble's favorite roles include Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro,) Maria (The Sound of Music,) Zerlina (Don Giovanni,) and Zweite Dame (The Magic Flute.)

In addition to performance, Ms. Roble is active as a private teacher. Currently, she teaches voice and beginning piano at the Maven Vocal Arts (www.mavenvocalarts.com,) Academy of Sound (academyofsound.org) and through her own private studio. She is a member in good standing of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) and AGMA (American Guild of Musical Artists.)

Ms. Roble's 2017 engagements include contracts with Madison Opera, Fresco Opera Theatre, National Women's Musical Festival, and Opera on Tap-Milwaukee.
